TIP: If a program appears to crash try holding Command, option, esc. (Ctrl, Alt, Del on a PC). Then click force quit (End Task) to attempt to force the program to quit. Use this sparingly as it will cause you to lose all unsaved data.

* The Command Key is the key on either side of the space bar that has the open, not filled, apple on it.
